About the Role - Lead a team of Sales Professionals! Drive engagement with our customers through training, coaching and providing a positive work environment. Provide opportunities for the team to maximize their income by following our Five E's of Selling. Ensure every customer is made to feel welcome and given the assistance they need to meet their home furnishings goals.

Qualifications - Previous sales management experience required.

Pay range and compensation package - You'll receive a competitive base salary. Our Manager bonus gives you the opportunity to make up to 60% in additional income!
